Overall a good pair of headphones, comfortable, good battery life. Although not easy to use as there are no instructions, although this is somewhat manageable as it is "plug and play". The only reason I found the software to change the RGB and sound settings is through a YouTube review on the item.Unfortunately there does not seem to be a setting to fix the following problem, a problem that is big enough for me to lower the rating to 1 star is the loss of sound. The audio will just stop working if it is too quiet for a few seconds. There is no setting anywhere to fix/prevent this. Audio will not turn back on until several second have passed with sufficient noise. This makes gaming with it near impossible as you miss sound cues constantly and need constant noise to prevent it. The number of times I am trying to be stealthy in a game only to have the sound suddenly cut so I can't hear footsteps or alerts around me is infuriating. If there is a solution for the audio problems that doesn't require constant noise input then I would gladly give this a five star but this problem as it is can't be ignored.

Great product but for the price it should have come with a headphone stand 😒.Other than that I am very happy 😁.

This review is for the ASUS ROG Delta II.I tested these headphones against Corsair's Virtuoso MAX, in which I wrote about the latter in an Amazon review appropriated to the correct store page. The ASUS ROG Delta II in testing has great audio at a Stereo level. The 7.1 Surround Sound is not very good compared to my old Razer Kraken 7.1 Surround Sound headphones. With the equalization set to default, the audio is very clear with just the right amount of treble & bass. The treble is loud enough & clear enough to hear where needed, & the bass hits hard but soft enough that it remains very comfortable to listen to. These headphones are also really good when using between all three connections available, which are 2.4Ghz, Bluetooth, & 3.5mm. I noticed no difference using 2.4Ghz & 3.5mm to my surprise, as I expected 3.5mm to have a better outcome. Nonetheless, the outcome is more than sufficient. Using 2.4Ghz while connected to a cellular mobile phone proves fantastic, & transitioning between calls was easy & well done, just remember however to ensure the microphone is connected when picking up the call as it is needed to inherently reply to the caller. The microphone is a different story from the wonderful audio. Having tested the microphone between several different VoIP applications & recorded feedback, it ultimately comes out as sounding muddy, & not quite high in volume. The volume from all modifiable options was set to maximum, & other users listening to the microphone still felt the need to turn up their own volume to the maximum or pause what they are doing in order to hear what the ASUS ROG Delta II microphone had to say. Ultimately, the microphone falls short with these headphones. With conclusion in mind, if you wish to purchase these headphones, you would like to know that the ASUS ROG Delta II has fantastic 50mm driver audio & definitely sounds wonderful, while having a long enough battery life with LEDs turned off & the amazing compatibility between many devices, but a note that the microphone will likely in-fact let you down as the microphone itself sounds subpar. If you intend to buy these for microphone usage, personally would not recommend until about half the full price. There are better options out there in terms of microphone, & those options are usually not gaming headphones. But for the audio & compatibility, these headphones are definitely worth it for those gaming & music experiences; you would be encouraged if using the microphone is unlikely! The verdict is, fantastic audio, slightly below subpar microphone, great versatility between devices . To be purchased for the audio & device compatibility, but not for the microphone.

I have never written an Amazon review before but this headsets score is way to low. It is an excellent headset that I would highly recommend except for 2 specific reasons that’s someone might not like it. 1. The headset is quite large so if you have a small head definitely stay away. I have a medium to a large head and it’s still fairly loose on me even on its tightest setting. Secondly the headset is not great at keeping our external audio so if you are in a loud environment or you want serious noise cancelling this isn’t the headset for you. Besides those 2 points this thing is excellent the audio is great, the software is great (besides the sleep function not working currently hoping it gets patched soon), the comfort is top notch, and the microphone is crystal clear. Coming from a Razor Kraken v3 pro this thing is a huge step up and it’s a joy to use. The battery life is also insane I have had it for over 2 weeks and haven't charged it once it’s still at 50% and that’s using it all day. Definitely worth the purchase.

I have been testing this headset for 2 weeks now. This headset is definitely very feature rich but there are some things that may deter people away from keeping this headset. The Pro's mostly outweigh the cons if you don't mind a little tinkering.Pros:1. Very light weight - one of the lightest headsets I have tried2. Construction feels very premium despite its light weight. Has Aluminum Yokes for even better construction confidence.3. The mic is very good with a caveat that I will point out in the con section.4. Sound is decent enough with a caveat that I will point out in the con section.5. Simultaneous Bluetooth - i wish more headsets in this price range has this..6. Multiple earpads included7. Battery Life tremendous. - rated for 110 hours with RGB off8. RGB is clean and not too in your face if you choose to turn it on.9. Compact USB C dongle unlike steelseries nova headsetsNow... for the cons.1. No built-in memory for EQ saving - despite what some reviewers say. I tested this across 3 different pcs. Maybe it'll save going from PC to console. But from one PC to another PC, doesnt seem to work for me. Let's say you to install armory crate on a laptop to change your EQ settings. The settings will not save if you then move the dongle to your main PC. I have yet to test this on console.2. Microphone - I did multiple recording (maybe window's sound recorder and discord sucks) and the microphone is LOUD as hell. Also, it sounds too boomy? I had to turn on voice gate to reduce the volume. Also, noise rejection is quite bad, it picks up everything lol. Turning up noise gate and noise rejection helps , but it makes your voice sound more compress?3. Sound - it sounds pretty good with ONE big caveat. You have to make sure you go into your sound settings and DISABLE all enhancements. Theres something called Bongiovi Acoustics/audio enhancements that's adding some weird special effects to the sound making it sounds super tinny. The treble becomes super harsh with this on. Tested this on two different computers. I believe when you install armoury crate - this gets installed too. Tried this on a windows 10 vs windows 11 and it had the same problem. Turning it off reverts the sound back to normal. Also, it does not get as loud as other headsets such cloud III wireless and logitech g pro x (using windows drivers).4. ARMOURY Crate- is needed to do any customization..5. Last Con is the "after purchase" support. As we know Asus does not have a great reputation for warranty support so take that for what u will. For a device where people constantly take on/off their head daily, the chance of damage is greater so after purchase support may be something to look out for.
