This headset is wonderful. I work from home and this is the best headset I have ever used. It is a great price and I love the way it just fits over the ear. I would recommend this headset to anyone and great customer service with this company.

I work as an operator and this headset plugs into the usb port on my computer. I saw some reviews about it being uncomfortable but I don't think it is. They send multiple ear pieces so you can choose which one fits you. And it clips on your shirt so it doesn't weigh your ear down.

The product was light weight and easy to use. However, after 6 werks of continual use the sound is no longer working; it is scratchy and and, I am told I sound far off. Trouble shooting did not help. Missed the return date by 2 weeks. Wont purchase again.

ABSOLUTEL GARBAGE The ear buds don't fit properly, no tight seal on ear drum. Background noise is loud. I have a large blister inside my ear now. On top of that it broke into 2 pieces trying to fit the awkward design over my ear, now it won't go back together. This after 3 days of use

I have to return back to working from the office 3 days a week back in January, and wanted an inexpensive, yet decent quality headset that fits over the ear or behind the head, that connects through the USB port. I came across the Discover D713U while searching. I was hesitant at first as some of the reviews complained of this model breaking easily and constantly having to adjust the earpiece. Similar models that connected through USB either were more expensive or seemed to require some type of adaptor for an additional cost. I decided to give the Discover D713U a chance and ordered one around the end of January of this year. I have had it for appx 4 months now and it was well worth the investment. The construction does feel more fragile than other over the head models from Logitech and Jabra, but with gentle handling with care not to drop or toss it around, it performs very well. I would highly recommend the Discover D713U if you are in the market for one.

I tried several bluetooth headsets with microphones, but couldn't find one that worked well enough to keep. The BT audio kept breaking up. While I'm keeping this USB-connected headset phone, I have 2 major complaints:1) Earpiece not well designed - comes off the ear with minimal effort.2) Much-too expensive: other good headsets with microphones run 1/2 as much!I needed a headset with microphone that was more compact & lighter than the one I'd been using. While this one will work for me - I suggest you try the others that are much cheaper, & get this one only if you're willing to pay the price!
