I wanted to love these because a colleague has them and uses them for teams calls. However, he uses them only sitting at his office desk. They do not cancel background noise and are not good for conference calls in noisy environments. I hate it that I am returning them.

These earbuds are certified to work with Microsoft Teams. That's the best feature they have. They don't have the best ANC, sound quality, fit, or battery life, but they do have that sweet, sweet MS Teams certification, which allows the price of these mediocre earbuds to be jacked up by 300%. If you don't need that Teams compatibility, I recommend the Soundcore by Anker Space A40. They are significantly cheaper, feel better, sound better, have a better app/widget, and cost a lot less. Unfortunately, I am stuck with these Jabras.

I bought these earbuds because I wanted a wireless solution for all the Teams meetings I have. I tried other wireless earbuds or head sets, but none of them were reliable with Teams. I could usually hear the meeting, but the mic never worked. I used a wired set for a while, which do work, but the wires got in the way while I tried to take notes. These work with Teams but you need to use them in a specific way and be aware of peculiarities with Teams. Before you launch the Meeting install the USB adapter - you MUST use this adapter, do not use the Bluetooth connection to your PC!! Next install one or both earbuds. Do not add a second earbud during the meeting if you started with one - you will lose the mic. If you walk away from your PC during a meeting and go out of range, you will lose the mic. Do not connect these earbuds to any other device besides the PC you plan to use it with. I had mine also connected to my phone for a short while and had intermittent issues with, you guessed it, the mic, during Teams meetings. I hate Teams in general, and hate the incompatibility with practically everything. I hate the way it drops me out of meetings occasionally or I lose audio totally during a meeting. And the list could go on. Never had these issues with WebEx or Zoom or GoToMeeting. But Teams is a whole different animal. Unfortunately it’s cheap, and bundled with MS 365, so many companies are adopting it.

"I bought these earbuds for my dad who needed them for work since he was having difficulty finding a pair that could connect to three different devices. To be honest, they fit him comfortably, but the noise cancellation could be better. Even when the noise cancellation is turned on you can still hear surrounding sounds.My dad works for more than 14 hours a day and sometimes even longer. He is constantly on work calls every day. People were telling him that they couldn't hear him clearly or that he sounded far away. He even made a test call to me, but I couldn't hear him properly. However, they're good for listening to music."

The fit is perfect and solid.. the downside, it picks up every other conversation around me which makes it difficult to hear. For the price, I expected more.

These have fantastic voice and sound quality, autoconnect to teams and easily jump between my phone and laptop. Having plug and play usb allows me to use them on my work computer which has bluetooth blocked. Well worth the investment and super comfy in the ears.
