These are my favorite pair of cans at the moment. The bass is there and it fits great my slightly big ears comfortably. Noise cancellation not as good as my Sonys but not bad at all.

Really wanted to like these. The sound was great and they look nice. They had issues though.Too tight on the head. After just an hour and a bit I'd find that I was feeling discomfort from the pinch of the headphones. They felt fine over my ears, it was just the pressure that was being applied from the tightness of the band pushing inwards. I have an average to slightly smaller head width. The dongle didn't seem to cooperate well. Once I had the dongle plugged in, it became a challenge to switch audio input/output on my laptop. Not sure what it was about the dongle, but it took over everything. I had to physically remove it to get my laptop to use its built in speakers again. This proved frustrating. It also had troubles where suddenly the mic element wouldn't work anymore, even though the sound was still working. Not useful when needing to respond to an online meeting and then you have to fiddle to remove the dongle to switch to the laptop mic/speakers.The voice over element is crazy annoying. Every time you put on the headphones, it tells you, and sometimes a slight jiggle or adjustment creates a break for the headphones that has them speaking "bluetooth is enabled". On top of this, when you mute and unmute in a meeting, it tells you that mute is on or off. So you go to talk in a meeting the headphones are speaking at you.The Active Noise Cancelling is alright, but there has to be better out there.Loved my studio headphones from AKG that I got 20 years ago. Was super excited about these and then had to ship them back as a return.

2 months review. These are my first pair I've spent over 100 on, also first time with noise cancelling. I'm not getting 5x the experience to be honest. Sound is good, I think I'm warming up to it compared to at first, but comfort is not. It still hurts the top of my head making me adjust it every 30 mins or bear it until I can't. There are many settings and customization, which to some may be a plus but to me it's overwhelming, I've resolved to no hifi and flat EQ which is acceptable to me. Of course, the loud beep is verrryy annoying sometimes when I have sensitive ears and compared to my regular volume it just blasts me. The earcups don't fold flat against each other nor along the headband, and I don't think the earcups are even removable.... But It covers all bases in the connection options, truly, anyone can use this without any adapters or limitations. Really appreciate the case and accessories but it's expected when its $500 CAN for crying out loud. Noise cancelling seems to leak noise through my left ear which I though might be a faulty mic but it's just that it didn't perfectly cover my ears. Anyway, I decided to buy something a bit unusual for a change, but I guess I'm happy with it.

The sound is fine on these but it’s not anything that warrants the price. The gimmick is the wi-fi adapter that is stored in the ear of the headphones. It took me a couple times to realize these weren’t ear buds that connected to a full-size headphone set. The wireless ability is good; no issues within 25 feet with some wall obstructions. They weren’t too uncomfortable but after a couple hours I was happy to take them off, which is not the best for me and my medium-sized head.Sound quality when using it as a microphone is on pair with mid-range headsets which was a bit disappointing for me, especially at this price. Think of a good sounding boom mic that a gamer would use as sound quality. Noise cancelling is pretty good so that was a real nice surprise and the app you control it with is robust. The “spatial audio settings” or whatever were just a pseudo surround gimmick so nothing mind (ear) blowing. What kills it for me is the announcer that lets you know Bluetooth is on or off when you take on or off the headphones. It’s so unnecessary and like another reviewer I have no idea how to shut that off.Again, nice headphones but overpriced.

I like how it sounds. The bass is. It as deep as Sennheiser Momentum 4, but it’s a bit punchier and tighter. The highs is also more crisp. I like how Sony XM5 sounds, but it’s a bit too dark to my taste. N9 brings more sparks to the sound with wider soundstage. It is more airy over all. If there is one thing to complaint, it will be the volume. I wish it is a tad louder. I don’t usually listen to music loudly, but I like to have some headroom for one of those moments. In terms of comfort, it is quite good. It is not as light as XM5. But the cup is a bit deeper, so that it doesn’t touch the tips of my ears like Sony XM series do. Bose is still the king when it comes to comfort.

These headphones sound great. They're very comfortable. I was about to be very satisfied with my purchase. However, there is, in my opinion, a fatal flaw: Whenever you take the headphones off and put them back on, they will interrupt playback with an obnoxious tone and voiceover that says, "Bluetooth connected". There is, to my knowledge, no way to turn this off. It's the worst. It occurs sometimes even if I just lift one can off my ear for a moment. For me, this "feature" ruins the headphones. The worst part is it's completely redundant -- I know the headphones are connected, they're playing music! I returned them and got a pair of AirPods Max. The AirPods don't sound as good IMO and are not as comfortable, but at least they don't actively piss me off.
