OEM supports have been worn out for a couple years. Finally got tired of holding the hook open with my head or a 2x4. It took about 5 minutes to install both on a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. Just requires a flat blade screwdriver. Just 1 held the hood open. Both make it rock solid. I should have done this years ago.
