First off, I'm reducing one star on this Wireless-G5 because I do not know what band it operates on; VHF/UHF/2.4GHz? Additionally, the manual talks of a "channel" button - to be pressed in case of any interference, well, there's no such button on the Rx/Tx.That said, the product itself is manufactured well, and it works well - with no noticeable Latency (spec'd at It has a glossy finish, if there was a choice, I'd have opted for a matt finish. The footprint is small, very slim, and easy to use... importantly - no hiss along with the guitar sound; it is 100% noise-free.The sound from the receiver to the mixer/amp is absolutely clean.I'm using a Boss Gigcaster-8 digital mixer (and effects processor) before the amp.The plugs swivel 220°, inconspicuous, and do not interfere - either in the standing or sitting position. I tested this Rx/Tx on my high-end Pacifica SSH guitar and on the Lava Genie smart-guitar - with excellent audio reproduction - Lead, Rhythm, and Percussion.Charging was quick using the supplied USB-C cable. This has the standard 6.35mm audio plug.It comes in a rather elegant box. Makes a nice gift.

I used this for a 2 hr rehearsal a couple of days ago and was really happy with it. The transmitter was plugged into a Fender Jazz bass and the receiver into an Ampeg pedal which was then hardwired into a couple of other pedals before hitting the amp. I didn’t notice any latency with it, nor coloration, compression or hiss, and no hum from the lights.I have a couple other brands of TX/RX I use and am surprised at the size of these, these are the largest of the 3 kinds I have. I’ll post a picture so you can see the relative sizes.I have to wonder why this set is so much larger than the other 2, though I will say the smallest set, the Lekatos, compress the sound, making my bass sound like a hollow body bass. So maybe the extra size is for better electronics.I didn’t test how far I could get from the receiver and maybe that’s another aspect of the larger size, being able to get further away. All 3 units operate in the UHF band as far as I’ve been able to discover, so the size isn’t related to that.My guitar player noticed this set and said they look identical to his, so we put them side-by-side and couldn’t see any difference except in the graphics for the branding and his charging port having a USB logo next to it. Mine don’t have that logo. We wondered, since they looked like they came from the same factory, whether there would be interference between them, so he turned his on and stood near me, but we didn’t hear any problems. There is a price advantage to the Aroma at $39.99, so I’m giving this set 4 stars based on the higher price and larger size. It could be the extra $17 is paying for better electronics and will last longer, but it will be some time before I know for sure about that. The Lekato brand, by the way was even $5 cheaper than the Aroma, but the sound is compressed, making my bass sound hollow or woody, so can't recommend that one.

Recently added this wireless guitar system to my home setup and it's been quite useful for my casual playing sessions. As someone who occasionally plays between work calls from my home office, I love not having to worry about tripping over cables when I switch between my laptop and guitar. The plug-and-play feature is straightforward - connected it to my electric bass in seconds without reading instructions. During a small gathering last weekend when my teenager's friends came over to jam, they were able to take turns playing without the hassle of unplugging and replugging cables. The range is sufficient for our living room setup, though I noticed some minor sound quality differences compared to a direct connection. Battery life lasted through an entire afternoon session without needing a recharge, which was adequate. The rotating plug is helpful when connecting to different instruments. For fellow hobbyists who dislike cable clutter or need moderate mobility while playing, this system offers a reasonable and affordable solution.

I've always been a fan of wireless guitar systems. I don't really gig at all so I mostly use them when playing in my studio or jamming with friends and family. This wireless set it quite nice for the price (I used to have to spend hundreds of dollars to get something equivalent back in the day).Out of the box, these were fully charged and paired right up to each other once I turned them on. I plugged the receiver into my amp and the transmitter into one of my electrics and started to play. They sounded very nice, and there was no inference or static that I could hear. They come nicely packaged with a dual-head charging cable, and the reported battery life is 5 or more hours (I haven't played that long to confirm though). I like how the case is a smooth plastic and how it hugs the body of my guitar, so I don't have to worry about scratches. There are only two downsides in my opinion. The first is that the transmitter and receiver are both identical, except one says Transmitter and one says Receiver (along with a picture). My issue with that is that I have bad eyes, and if it's dark, it could be hard to see. It would have been nice if they were different colors or if the receiver was a different shape, so it would be completely obvious which is which. The other downside is the instructions...they look nice and first with some nice images, but the translation to English was very poor. The instructions claim that you can change channels but the instructions on how to do it aren't great, and it claims to have 10 channels, but I'm afraid to try changing one because it might be a guessing game on how to get them paired back up.These gripes are very minor though, and I still think they are a great set for home use. I don't know if I'd rely on them for a major gig or anything.

I am new at using a wireless transmitter, so cannot compare quality as strongly as others. I can say it was easy to install and had no trouble setting up. It is a little larger than others I have seen and tried, but it did not impede the use of the instruments. It does not look clumsy or overbearing. It functions as expected-the sound is very clean; the output sounds very good to my ears—I could not detect any latency. The quality of this transmitter seems very high. The freedom it allows for movement with the guitar is such a plus! I don’t have to be nervous of the possibility of tripping, or interfering with others. The one downside is the manual—poorly formatted and vague, limited information. If you have any issues with frequency and channels, the manual will not be of much help. Other than that, this is a great product. A little more pricey than other brands, possibly worth it for the clear sound.

I have this set of wireless guitar transmitters, another nice set that is 5.8ghz from Joyo, and a cheapy from Ali. This set does sound pretty good, but I honestly think I prefer playing with the Joyo set slightly more. This set is much better than the cheap set, but the Joyo set lets you change channels that are color coded, and it boasts the 5.8ghz connection, whereas I couldn't see a claim of frequency these transmit on. The guitar transmitter was dead on arrival for me, but the receiver was fully charged. It was quick to charge, and the battery seems to last quite long. These function the same as most wireless transmitters, but I do find the Joyo set to be slightly clearer and higher output. Overall, a pretty good set, but I feel you may want to shop around if you need more features.
