All 4 drives packaged perfectly. All 4 drives with factory wrapping. All 4 drives have over 1,260 hours on them, so it's quite obvious they were NOT NEW DRIVES. No place on the website does it state these are refurbished drives.All of them work, however, almost 4 years of use on them. I feel I was misled or way over charged. Buyers be aware, even reading the fine print doesn't protect you.

Drives shipped from seller Maestro Technology LLC, were not new. The smart data reports 31,586 of power on hours.

This drive is one of the most reliable disc drives out that.That being said, the drives being shipped today are highly unlikely to be new or have a warranty.The drive I purchased was sold by Maestro Technologies.Per the serial number, what arrived was an OEM drive without any warranty from Western Digital. The date on the drive was 2021. The disc utility check showed 18000+ hours of power on time or a bit more than 2 years of operating time.I kept the drive because of you really can't get one of these that isn't used anymore. However, be aware that what you are highly likely to get is a used drive. If that isn't for you, you should get a different drive.

Buenos dias, quiero reportar que el disco duro adquirido presenta fallas, se queda peago la pc, dificultada para guaradar y buscar informacion, emite un ruido terrible al guardar o buscar informacion a su vez para buscar un archivo hay que esperar que arranque el disco no estoy muy conforme, la falla las ha presentado desde un inicio pero pense que era por que estaba nuevo pero no ha sido asi mi preocupacion es perder cualquier dato en caso de que se quede pegado y no funicone mas.gracias.

I ordered two drives and they arrived with over 600 days of uptime! Nowhere on the product page is this listed as a refurbished drive.
