I have been trying for 3 days to set this up without success I have answered all questions and have confirmation that set up is complete but still canny use my phone I do not recommend this product and will be returning it a total waste of my time and money

For about 1 week into a 30 day eSIM I could only get 3G, it finally hooked up to a LTE NETWORK and stayed with that for the remainder of the time. Support appeared to try to get it working faster but nothing worked. Finally one day away from my main location it found a LTE network and it stayed there.

Love this offering from ATT network In addition to a data network you get an actual US based toll free cell number that works flawlessly so that if the data reception is poor the LTE signal works to make all free calls to Canada US and Mexico from anywhere in those countries while travellingThe only surprise was that unlike other eSIM sellers that activate the registration via email this seller will send an Amazon package to your house so you will need to order early from Amazon prior to your trip And require an additional 48 hrs to activate Activation is simple enough once the package is receivedGood value as it’s hard to get an ESIM woth and actual phone number attached Highly recommend it

Setup was easy using the QR code but didn't appear to be per the instructions provided!Note this will also work in Canada if you take the invite to call T-Mobile and pay extra 5 dollars.

Bought this to use during a holiday around Florida and it worked seamlessly from start to finish. My kids were tethered to my phone on their devices (iPads, iPhone) and they worked fine too, they could easily watch you tube, play games, etc even though tethered devices are supposedly limited to 3G.Setup was dead simple - I accidentally initiated the sim in the uk (first time I’d used a digital sim) but it worked fine on arrival and kicked in straight away - perfect.It was great peace of mind knowing we had unlimited data for the duration of the holiday (15 days) and never had an issue at all.Would definitely buy again.

Easy to set up the day before but what I will say is have the qr code printed or screen shot it for later as your not ment to start use untill state side single was good and had Internet and signal all 8 days that I went to Canada

Did exactly what I needed it to do.My phone (Tesco Mobile) it totally useless in the USA and will not switch or connect to a USA network. This sim took away all the stress! Was able to communicate effortlessly with my USA family aa well as UK friends and family. Text, calls, social media etc.Was easily able to pair with hire car and use maps. It was easy to set up and activate.Having previously been in the USA just a few months prior and remembering the stress and anxiety of not being able to contact anyone or navigate when driving, I can't recommend this sim service enough. Travelled 100s of miles, was in regular contact with family based in usa and it never let me down.

A family member told me about this eSim. What a fantastic idea. I used for 3 weeks whilst in America, paid up front and could use it everywhere without having to worry about high data costs. Made my life so much easier as I could use google maps and get around without getting lost. Call and text family as well as keeping all other apps useable. Service just switched on the day I'd registered, after setting up the iphone and again back to normality when back in UK. Would highly recommend this product.
