No need to spend extreme amounts of money on additional memory. 2tb hard drive at a great price from a great company. Couldn't ask for more. I did need to purchase a converter kit for the install but that was very cheap.

C est mon 2eme, et a l arrivé , des que je lai branché des bruits bizarres puis apres qq sec de gros bruits et plus rien qui marche . L'emballage y est ptet pour qq chose, tres faiblarde .Sinon qd ca marche ( l ancien ) , ca marche tres bien , un poil bruyant.

I bought 4 drives. The drives came in loose in a huge bubble envelope. 1 drives was defective right from the start. a second drive crashed overnight syncing my raid 5. I've ordered 2 more drive and the replacement also came in defective. All drive are wrap sealed. Seagate diag tools keeps reporting errors. I just bought western digital from a different supplier and they work flawless. The WD drives also came with proper hard drive plastic tray to hold the drive and avoid knocking the drives together.

Decent drive with decent speeds. Had to replace an old ST2000DM001 one after 6 years.
