I purchased my first multiple ink via Amazon and even though the description indicated it was the correct ink cartridges for my printer the printer rejected this. I purchased another multiple package through Amazon and these cartridges appeared to be smaller than the originals. So I spoke with them and was guided to what were original Hp inks rather than recycled cartridges. These fit and of course were very much more expensive. A lesson!
