The fabric dose not stay in place. It folds down. Very cheaply made. Very disappointed.

20" model. Seat is nice for two small dogs, although too wide for our full size SUV when used in middle seat area if you need room for another person.Will have to return. The dog retaining straps are oddly positioned very close together in the rear of the seat base and the harness clips are maddeningly difficult to open and control when attaching or removing from harness rings.Impossible for me to use with gloves in cold weather.

Just received and haven't installed yet due to rain. Looks like the seat will work except for the cheap-o straps meant to keep the pet secured. How can they expect those to secure anything? I will use something I already have for that.
