Our dog loves this. He loves to go for rides in the UTV. This makes it so we can safely take him with us. It’s very sturdy and easy to clean.

This is a well made product. It however does not fit the console of a full size truck. The band that goes around the bottom is not long enough. You will have to buy some extra velcro to secure it. They just needed to add an extra foot on the straps for a great product.

It does fit on the consul of our car, unlike another which was advertised as a consul model but was not. Returned.Our Schnauzer would sit up and shake for the entire 2 day 14 hour trip when ever we visited our grandchildren. We would put her bed in the back seat with proper restraints but nothing calmed her down.This bed fit perfectly, with restraints and after an initial getting familiar with it, she lay down for the first time and slept.She loved it and it allowed her to be closer to us and feel safer.Excellent, well made product. Our dog thanks you over and over.

Our lil guy got into the habit of wanting to sit on the centre console so we bought this - works well, just enough room for him to comfortingly lay straight (can’t lay in his side) or stand up (chiweenie x Jack Russell) straps do their job and keep it secure - wish there was a way to remove it and the straps don’t come with it - if we use it as a carrier we have to take him out, flip the console up, undo the straps - bundle them up and try and keep them from dragging on ten ground - that’s my biggest annoyance with it - otherwise good product

Purchased for son. Said it was a bit of an awkward install and he wouldn’t want to have to move it from car to car but fits great and his dog Loves it!!

I could not get the foam padding to fit and I tried everything, including following the directions :) Once I cut approximately 1 3/4 to 2 inches off one side of the shortest piece, the back panel, it zipped. Had I not cut that piece the zipper would have busted because you would have to force it closed. I was hesitant about cutting too much and contributing to a floppy and unsturdy bed. The fabric says it's cotton but it must have nylon or polyester in it too because it does not feel like 100% cotton. I think this is better for washing it and keeping it clean, without worrying about it shrinking. It's pretty big for my 7 lb Maltipoo but he can sleep in it too. I see people complaining about the length of the tether but an easy fix is to make a loop and tie it there so it's shortened to the length you want. The biggest downfall was the foam pieces not fitting which is why I included it in this review. I'm going to try and fashion a cover for the top so when I carry my pet out from the groomer, he can be warmer and free from the below zero temps and wind.

This dog car seat is amazing. We have an Isuzu DMax 4x2, the dog car seat sits on the console, our Jack Russell thinks she is something special sitting in it. Great fit. The only small drawback is the cushion is inclined to bunch up, however I will try some double sided tape to see if that will help to rectify. Highly recommend this doggy car seat. Our dog loves it and makes for a very comfortable ride for us both as she no longer needs to share my seat or lap.

Just got it so can’t advise on how long it will last, but seams sturdy and well built, easy to assemble and install. Like the foam sides 4 times thicker than are last one, it didn’t take our 15# dog very long to trash that one, think this one will hold out much longer.

My cavapoo is 15+lbs, 16" back and 17" chest. She whines on 15-20 mins rides from her car seat that is in the back row. Even if I am sitting next her, she will whine. She will stop when she is perched in my arms which can get very old fast. So I researched and saw this booster seat. I thought this could actually work. For reference, we have a 2021 Subaru Forester.Pros:It is very simple to assemble. The tether comes attached to the seat is good. Fabric and materials are good. The fold down is a nice touch, although we have yet to try it. Frees up the back row and she now has a full front view scenery.She still whines, but less so it is progress. I can touch her and she will rest her chin on my hand. She is snug left and right and there's space all the way in the back, although she is wearing her winter coat. On our next longer ride, I plan to take off her winter coat and she should be more comfortable. She did actually lay down all the way which is very good, but she got back up when we stepped on the brakes. I'll have to see how much space she really has when she lays all the way down without the winter gear.Cons:You lose elbow space.Our flip top console is on the short side in terms of length, so the velcro straps are not in the right positions. I also had trouble pushing down the lid to lock in place. Since the velcro straps are long enough, we tried to criss cross them under the lid which avoids the locking mechanism and voila! It works.The base is terrible. It's not firm, nor is there enough support for her to lay down. I found a 1/2" foam board making it light-weight while adding support to the base. It was easy enough to cut the shape using the removable bed as a template. I was able to place the foam on top of the tether which helped to keep the tether in place, then the bed on top of that.One viewer mentioned making the bottom anti skid. That is an excellent idea. Overall, this is a very good front row booster seat.
