We have a 2019 Toyota Highlander XLE. One day the back door gate wouldn't open. I checked every fuse and did everything the you tube guys said to try to no avail. My wife took it to the dealership and they said it was rare for both lift gate power assist struts were bad. They gave her an estimate for more than $1600. I researched on Amazon and found the same struts by part number for $112 dollars for the pair. I suggest replacing both at the same time. I watched a you tube video and ordered the struts. Received them in two days. Put both on in less than an hour and they work perfectly. Saved over $1500. Yes I'm happy. Great experience with this seller and with the quality of their product. Only thing I would change about the item is that no instructions come with them, so I was completely dependent on the yt video. All you really need to replace these struts is a 10mm ratchet and some common sense. In this economy, saving $1500 + is a big help. I recommend this seller and product.
