Easy replacement. Prop up the hatch to replace these and fit the ball end first, then screw the plates to the body.

Easy installation and perfect fit however they are a little noisy when the tailgate opens all the way. It's hard to describe but there is a little bit of play in the Pivot Point at full extension. The bushing or spacer could be a little tighter.
