Hot Water Out Put Warning:The water in the chamber of this equipment can be very hot(Approx 140F)during an extended periods of no water flowing.It's recommended to open the faucet until the hot water has been purged from your chamber.Keep your body away from the faucet during this time.
To eliminate this condition,a temperature management valve can be installed at the outlet of your UV system.

Pre-treatment:
Water quality is extremely important for the optimum performance of your UV system. The following levels are recommended for installation:
Iron HardnessTurbidity Manganese Tannins UV Transmittance> 75%
Maintenance:
Clean the quartz sleeve every 6-12 months, replace every 24 months. Replace UV lamp every 12 months to keep best sterilization performance.

Easy to install. So far so good. Came with everything nicely packaged to keep fragile items safe. I still need to add a GFI plug which I dont have near my setup.

We have used this unit 1.5 years and the welded seam at the end where the bulb is installed has started to fail. The water has corroded from inside through and it is spraying our wall through a pinhole. Luckily caught before destroying our basement. This should not have happened. Reached out to their support team and waiting to hear back but you can understand that this would be absolutely upsetting to a household with small children and pets. This product should be avoided completely. After some internet searching a review site this year described the pros & cons and the same issue happened of one end blowing out completely after 1 year as a con for this unit. Plus who knows what has been leaching into our water they have most likely caused damage to our appliances and our health. Luckily we have a good to system for our drinking water.Seller got back to me right away and assisted us with warranty. I want to trust the product but cannot after this failure. Truly fantastic customer service! Product is potentially questionable.

I installed this product 5 months ago. It did a great job cleaning our well water. But in the last month the Ballast has quit with no audible warning. Must be why it comes with two, now I have to buy a new one immediately in case it fails again.I wouldn’t recommend this product, any cost savings you would lose if you have to purchase new ballasts so regularly.

it came with 2 power packs. Both failed within 6 months. One apparently got so hot it melted the outer cover melted before ceasing to work. I have notified company and will comment on their response or lack there of as time will tell.update, customer service was very good and replaced parts without any problem. The product is otherwise very good, well packaged and I am satisfied with their response. Would have given product 5 star except for the initial issue

The product arrived on time and packaged extremely well to avoid damage during shipping. Despite some significant dents and surface breaks in the package at arrival, the product is shipped in such an incredible manner that damage is virtually impossible during normal shipping. Easy to install, comes with clearly illustrated instructions at a price that is normally charged for a single unit. However, this unit comes with two additional Quartz sleeves, one additional UV light bulb and one additional electronic ballast. Very pleased!

The unit was well priced, came with several spare parts and arrived from China to Mexico in a remarkably short time. A minor hold-up at Mexican customs was dealt with promptly by the Seller. tested the lights and they work - the company sent an email offering free replacements if broken on receiving which was reassuring. I found the packaging to be excellent as well as delivery. Looks like it will do an excellent job as I expect GPM to be less than rated capacity. Price point was also good but I have a small concern about replacement bulbs in the future so I am building in quick connects in case there is a problem and I need to put in a different system such as ISpring. Time will awnser that.
