These simple cards work and absolute treat.Purchased and followed the clear and precise instructions, and restarted the phone (as it states) and worked 100% hassle free. We went all across Europe including the top of Norway and the UK with no issues or bills at all. And even used original phone number in WhatsApp so people could still contact etc and vice versa. Could not recommend any more strongly. ++++++

There was a frustrating delay between the activation day on the package and the one I was given via email, which delayed my actual use of the product. It was annoying and unnecessarily complicated compared to my friends who got esims, and cheaper. They helped activate it, but then noticed that I didn't really use the texting and calling as much as the data. So it's an alright product, but ultimately I'd just get an esim next time.

Did the setup steps but when I got to Europe did not connect to a network and ended up buying one in Europe instead.

The SIM card worked well while I was in England. I had data so I could use my app for the tube. And maps while touring. Would get random text messages in I think Spanish and not sure what they said. Also the welcome text was in maybe Spanish, but figured out that it was the phone number for that sim card. Overall worked well for my holiday.

Hoy sep 8 llegó a Londres, insertó la tarjeta en el teléfono IPhone y no funciona, anteriormente hice todo lo que me orientaron y me mandaron un mensaje que estaba activada, regreso a Miami el 29, espero que me solucionen el problema

July 17, 2023We had 2 week trips in Europe.We went Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Belgium, Luxemberg, Germany, Swizterland and Italy.It worked well in all places except Swizterland. As Swizterland is not in EU. But in Swizterland, we got 72 hrs free internet Sim provided by Phone store due to Govt policy for Toutist.We liked it very muchWe used it as hotspot also .Worked very well.It says 28 days and 20 GB.It should activate before one day u go to trip.We got full signal as we first landed in iceland from Toronto, Canada.

I purchased this sim card for a recent trip to the UK and France. Big mistake! Whenever I tried to make phone calls or text, I would receive multiple texts messages in Spanish indicating that I would have to pay additional to make phone calls or texts. I usually purchase the Orange Holiday Card for my UK/EU trips but I decided to try this one instead. Big Mistake!

The card did not work well when I inserted it initially into the phone. No data and driving with no navigation because a data did not work. Very frustrating would not recommend. Could not make calls kept getting message that there’s no service. There are other alternatives that I would consider next time Using the app instead.

I had horrible internet connection and the gps was way off and I kept getting msgs in Spanish for reasons unknown. Your better of just buying a sim from the airport. I want a refund but probably won't get it. Avoid this product. Complete waste of money.

Although it technically worked, this sim was really frustrating. It was important to receive incoming calls, all the instructions that I got from tech support via text were in Spanish. Every time we changed countries it seemed to glitch up. Just not really user friendly from the get go. Oh and don't lose the little plastic with the pin on it because if you have to reset(and you will) you'll need that pin.

If you're not heading to spain and you don't speak Spanish this is practically a scam. The data worked for a day and the phone did not work. Ever. The customer service is basically non existent. Seriously you're better off buying something similar at the airport where you're heading for half the price and much better service 🤷

I would definitely recommend this card if you are traveling to the countries mentioned in the description. I was hesitant to buy this package after reading the negative reviews but this card was my best companion during my whole trip. I purchased this card for Google map for my 25 days of Europe trip (Italy, London and Scotland). I registered my card couple of days before leaving. My sim was working as soon as I landed in London. I didn't have any problem at all during my whole trip. My data was on during my whole trip without running out as I believe 30gb is lots. I also made very few calls during my trip within the countries I was traveling. I used Whatsapp for my international calls which was already installed and registered with my Canadian number and it was working fine without adding my European number with Whatsapp.Important note:It doesn't work in Switzerland as it's not included. You can purchase a Switzerland’s sim at any airport/convenient store. I paid 50 Swiss Francs for my 13 days of trip in Switzerland including unlimited calls within Switzerland.
