Initially required customer service to help setup/ activate via their Chatbot. Once setup, worked seemlessly on iPhone, but needed additional APN setting on Android (which needed to be added back everytime phone was powered off). Otherwise, worked great with no issues.

eSIM for Europe works well. However, the automatic activation did not work. I contacted support, via chat, using airport Wifi. As per their instructions, I had to create the APN for the eSIM. It worked fine since, mostly 5g.

I bought 2 of these card, I am in Italy right now and they do not work, but now with an online chat we solve the problem and they work. Not that easy do.....

Did not work in Rome, Italy.Using an unlocked phone, a different branded sim worked last time I was in Rome. Disappointed at the very least.

It was easy to set up this eSIM, so I appreciate that. You do not get unlimited calls in France, so if you’re going to that country, beware. And texting between the international number and US numbers was sometimes iffy. That said, this was much cheaper than US plans and was adequate for my needs.
