Such a disappointment! After reading the reviews, I was really excited about this product. I have a hearing disability which is why I wanted this headset in the first place. Understanding people on the phone is difficult for me, unless I'm wearing headphones or ear buds. My earbuds just don't stay charged long enough and often are not usable when I need them so having a wireless headset that could stay on a charging mount was a great solution. I fully charged it up on the charging stand, put it on and called my wife to test it out. She said I sounded great, so apparently the mic works well. On my end, she sounded like she was talking to me through a huge wad of cotton. Her voice was very muffled, and I had to ask her to repeat herself several times for me to even understand what she was saying. Just to make sure it wasn't her phone line, I decided to try listening to some music. That was also very fuzzy and I could barely understand what the singer was saying. These are going back ASAP!

I like these headphones. They are comfortable to wear on a long day and the mute option for the mouthpiece is great. I use it on both Windows and MacOS and oddly enough I find it connects more reliably on Mac than Windows.I get occasional feedback from my remote team my voice outgoing audios (from the mic) is not coming through cleanly at times. Mostly this happens on my MSwin ASUS 14x Intel 13th Gen/16GB RAM. I find stopping and reconnecting blue-tooth helps. I blame windows but it is probably a laptop hardware issue.The incoming audio has been reliably on all platforms.1/23/2025 Update: Response to the Manufacturer messages:The USB Dongle is terrible (which is why I purchased it.) Incoming and outgoing:- Mac Studio, MacBook Pro, ASUS Zenbook 14x, even on my iPadPro 11" (2021)- This is why I use BlueTooth and live with the occasional need to drop and reconnect

I got these headphones for work because my previous headphones were hurting my ears. These are super comfy and don’t hurt my ears at all. I also like that I am able to walk outside my door on a nice day to get fresh air and they work - people can hear me & I can hear them. It’s refreshing compared to my last headphones. Of course the wireless capabilities are the best because I don’t like being attached to my computer all day long.

I work in a call center and I purchased this Newline wireless Bluetooth headset as an upgrade to the standard issue wired ones we have. They were super easy to setup using the USB dongle provided. They sound good, no complaints from customers about hearing me and they're comfortable, too!The battery life has been great and the desktop charger stand is nice looking and convenient. If you're looking to upgrade but don't have an endless budget these are a great option!
