Basic functionality, it's a T-Bar. Comes with bolts and wing-nuts to mount lights using the four pre-drilled holes. Pole is matte black finish and clamp seems to be standard plastic variety - do not over-tighten or risk breaking it.

same as the standard light bars. nice black finish. drilled a hole through the center to prevent the bar from spinning when my lights are mounted. went right on to my speaker stand.
