Hola makes great stuff. I first bought my son a mic stand and WOW. As a musician I've dealt with a lot of mic stand and music stand and instrument stands. The mic stand was best I've ever seen. So when I wanted a projector stand I saw this one. So far I've not used it for a projector. I have used it for my laptop to stand and work. It isn't wide enough for a regular mouse. I turned a clipboard upside down to make it wide enough for the mouse. No, this isn't what I bought it for. I bought it for outside movie nights for a projector stand. It's strong and stable. Hola keep it up.

The product itself is very well made and easy to move around. We use it in our back patio to watch movies outdoor and have it raised to it’s maximum height. With that it is very sturdy and does not feel like it will topple over. Our projector fits perfectly on top! It would have been great if the top swiveled 5 degrees up higher on an upward tilt, as opposed to just staying flat. But it’s not designed to do that. Overall we love love love it!

For the price I am quite impressed with the overall quality of the tripod. It appears to be well made and rather sturdy.

Looks and feels sturdy. I’m using it only for a couple of days. A 5 kg (cca 11 lbs) laptop is sitting on the stand and so far is totally fine. Since it’s a recent purchase, I cannot comment its durability if it’s moved (opened-closed) from one place to another on a daily basis. But as mentioned, it feels sturdy enough to handle a normal use. I’ll update my opinion if something changes. But so far 5 stars. I was looking at several similar stands before buying it. I decided to buy from Hola Music since the product got good reviews. BUT it was very important for me getting prompt and detailed answers from HolaMusic. Also, HolaMusic is interested whether you are happy with their product. Similar customer service approach means a lot to me. I strongly recommend this product.

Normally, I wait a bit before posting a review, to develop a full appreciation for a product's positive and negative aspects. This time, I just couldn't wait. This stand is simply phenomenal. I realize it is primarily marketed as a projector or laptop stand, but because of the ability to adjust the angle of the flat surface it is a perfect music stand for me.The background: I am a returning guitar player, trying to reawaken my stagnant love of playing. For the last few weeks, I have been relearning scales and chords and picking techniques. The only thing missing has been a comfortable way to hold my music. The floor didn't work. A chair didn't work. Nothing worked, until I found my Hola stand. It is adjustable, so that it works for music books, sheet music, smart phone, iPad and laptop. I could not be happier. It is just what I needed to facilitate my returning love of music.Thank you for making such a sturdy, adjustable and affordable product.Peace... Mack
