As someone new to using tools and attempting drilling for the first time, I found this 13-pack of 1/8 Inch Masonry Drill Bits to be a great choice. I was trying to drill into a stucco wall—something I struggled with using other bits—but these made the job much easier and more effective.The quality of the material feels solid and durable, and the generous quantity included in the pack is a definite bonus. It's reassuring to have extras on hand, especially as a beginner. Despite being new to this kind of task, I had no trouble getting the results I needed.Considering the performance and the number of bits provided, the price is very reasonable. I'd highly recommend this set to both DIY novices and more experienced users looking for dependable masonry bits.

These masonry bits are better than most I have used! I work telecom and I install boxes on the side of houses. More often than not, I install them on block or brick. Most of the drill bits provided by the company last for 15-20 houses. I go though at least 3 bits a week. I have used one drill bit for a week and it is still going strong. These bits are GREAT. I will definitely order more when I go through this box. These bits are an amazing value, they are worth their weight in gold.

These are good for my purposes. I needed to drill into the stucco on my house. I think they will also be good for drilling into plaster.They are really long and threatened to bend while I was drilling the holes. But that's really more likely a "me" problem, as I didn't need bits this long. It didn't break, and I'm happy to have a stash of them now. Comes in a plastic reusable container so they're not flying around your tool box.

The Narwhal 1/8-Inch Masonry Drill Bits are 6-inches long. I have used the bits to drill holes in pressure treated wood posts 3-1/2 x 3-1/2-inch square. I am running a 1/16-in stainless steel cable through the holes to make it more difficult for deer to jump over my fence.I "pecked" through the wood or backed the bit out occasionally to remove the wood dust. In every case, the bit wandered about 1/2-inch off of a straight line. The hole begins in the center and exits 1/2-inch left, right, up, or down. For my application, this does not matter at all. I appreciate the ease of drilling a hole through the post without it breaking or jamming.I am 100% satisfied with the Narwhal Carbide bit.
