Went through concrete and very dense brick more quickly than expected. As easy as drilling through wood. Using a rotary hammer drill, it took less than 15 seconds to go through an inch of morter and 3" of brick. Using my regular Dewalt hammer drill with a quality masonry bit took about 10 minutes. So, this upgrade is Highly Recommended!!

I work in construction as a low voltage technician and I use this for drilling holes in concrete for 1/4" tapcons. I am still using the one I bought a few months ago and still going strong. I plan on buying more shortly for my other rotary hammers. I have tried milwaukee and tapcon branded drill bits in the past and they burn out way too fast. For what they charge for these, this is definitely the better deal and you won't be changing bits as often. I also have drilled well over a 100 holes with the same bit and can still drill more.

Used on corrugated metal and concrete. Drilled over 150 holes and ate through like butter and the same bit is still going strong. I bought two and haven't touched the second one yet.
