About this item

  • 【3 Watering Modes】The outdoor sprinkler timer has 3 watering modes to suit your different watering plans. In auto mode, the hose timer will run on the schedule you previously set, eliminating the need to worry about watering the plants while you are busy. In manual mode, any lawn or garden can be watered as needed, with customizable times from 1 min to 4 hrs, and without interrupting your schedule. On rainy days, your programmed schedule can be paused for 24, 48, or 72 hours, and will be automatically resumed.
  • 【Larger LCD Display & Knob】The irrigation timer with a larger screen makes it easier for you to check the readout. What's more, the larger knob with serrated edges is more resistant to slipping and easier to hold for manipulation.
  • 【Upgraded Structure & Waterproof】The value body of the timer is made of fiberglass and nylon, which are more resistant to corrosion than ABS plastic. The battery cover features a waterproof rubber ring to isolate moisture, making it perfect for outdoor use. SZFZMZ water timer comes with an anti-UV coating and holds an IP54 waterproof rating.
  • 【Easy to Program】Rotate the dial and press the buttons to set clock, how often(watering frequency), how long(watering duration), start time, auto and off. The sprinkler timer allows you to customize your watering schedule effortlessly, meeting your flexible watering needs.
  • 【Low-battery Warning】When the power is low, the hose timer will remind you to replace the battery. When the low-power symbol flashes, the valve automatically closes and does not go into irrigation to avoid leakage. To resume operation, simply replace the battery.

I have been using this timer all summer and it works great. I had no issues setting it up. It kept my plants alive so I'm assuming this has worked very well.

This timer is super easy to install, set, and use. It came with a little reel of plumbers tape, which keeps it from leaking at the faucet attachment - a nice surprise to fix a common issue.

First timer wouldn't shut off. Replacement is working well.

I'd never heard of this brand before, but it works at least as well as all the big brands I've heard of. Quick review: Great product, easy and intuitive to use, works perfectly, great price. Five stars. Some details: The two AA batteries (not included) go in the back; the battery door has a dense O-ring seal, so it squeezes shut rather than clicking shut. The big dial is easy to read and manipulate. The big LCD screen is also super easy to read. All the features—timing, intervals, rain delay, manual override, etc.—all work as they should and are easy to learn. (You must read the manual, for example, to know that you need to hold the "Manual" button for three seconds for it to take effect, and you must click "OK" when you've set it, or it won't take.)My only issue was really with my own spigot, not the gadget. As you'll see from my photos, when the timer is in "OFF" mode (or simply between cycles) and there's any water pressure from my hose-bib, water sprays out at the seam, no matter how much I tighten it. My hose bib has some kind of weird plastic pin in it which I suppose is some kind of back-flow preventer, but all it did was make a mess and press a big dent into the nicely domed metal screen filter in the timer's inlet. I'll have to do some research to figure out how to solve this issue; in the meantime, I may simply connect the timer downstream, at the hose, instead of the hose bib. And none of this detracts from my five-star rating.
