Very nice product. The controls are easy to figure out on your own, which is nice. We had a different 4-zone unit, but had to refer to the instructions every year because getting the timers right was a bit tricky.The only tricky part of this one is that you have to turn the zones on, one at a time, for at least 5 seconds each time and do that five times on each zone. It's weird, but if you don't do it, your results are unpredictable. Even though I told my husband about it, he didn't do it, and zone 3 just ran even with the control set to "off." He finally figured out that he had forgotten what I told him and once he did that, everything worked fine. Weird quirk, but at least you only have to do the procedure once when you initiate the unit.Even though it's 4-zones, we have 5 beds connected, which we accomplished by installing a splitter at one of the connections. So, we have four zones, but one zone has two hoses and waters two beds at once. Something to consider if you have more than 4 areas that you want to water.I like the rain-delay feature which allows you to tell the unit to stop watering for up to 72 hours if your area is expecting a lot of rain, which we often get.You also have the option of watering manually in the event you get hit with a temporary heat spike, which we also go through now and then.The system is very intuitive and very flexible in the programming and usability. If you get a little creative with splitters, you can cover even more ground, as we did. Even with two hoses and beds going at once, the water flow was sufficient to get the job done!This unit was a bit more expensive than the one we replaced, but I think it's worth the extra money because of how intuitive and flexible it is.

So far it’s been performing perfectly. Set up is very easy and intuitive. The option of four outlets is very nice. It comes with a brace to attach to the wall that I did not use and I don’t think it’ll be necessary. It feels very sturdy, and I didn’t want to drill into the rock. I might move it to another spigot. I do think it’s too expensive but the price is par with similar timers. I do wish activating the manual mode involved fewer button presses. That feature is not as intuitive as other timers but it’s not a deal killer. I do endorse this timer.

This water timer was exactly what I needed. The setup took just a few minutes, and the screen and controls were easy to understand without needing to dig through the manual. The four zones are a game changer—I’ve got hoses going to the front lawn, backyard beds, greenhouse, and a row of planters, all running on their own schedules now. The brass fittings are solid and leak-free, and the whole thing feels well-built. I like the rain delay feature and the option to switch to manual if I just want a quick burst. It’s a practical, reliable tool that saves me a lot of effort and keeps everything on track.

For $100, I am really disappointed with this product. I got it for free to review and I can't image how I would have felt if I had paid for this!Set up was really easy and the instructions are really easy to follow. I selected this product over other ones that were available because the inlet and outlets are made of brass instead of the other ones which were plastic. Well, after setting up and using for a week, I was rearranging a hose position and barely pulled on the hose and that sheared off the brass inlet! (see picture). If i had really pulled on it I would blame myself and understand that I broke this thing, but it was such a light movement that I can't believe it snapped right off.

This is awesome! 4 zones in 1. I love this thing! I only need 1 feeder hose for this then the irrigation can start! (I don't like connecting my hose timers directly to the faucet or to a splitter.)I love that i can program 4 zones with this. 4 different times or days and each one operates separately. I don't have the water pressure to do all of my watering at once, so being able to split the load across different times is a real life saver. I am not worried about forgetting to water my plants. It does that for me. I just set it up and leave it to do the work. I look like I have a green thumb and am so good at remembering to water my plants... nope! I don't even have to be home!

Wish it came with the AA batteries it needs included but other than that it seems to work well and is easy enough to setup. All in all it's god stuff.

I am reviewing the QUOBAS Water Hose Timer, 4 Zone Programmable Sprinkler Timer with Rain Delay/Manual/Automatic Irrigation System, 3/4" NH Brass Inlet &Outlet, Outdoor Watering Timer for Lawn, Yard, Garden, Pool....This is a great product. I have paid more, for less superior products. You can tell a lot of thought went into making it. Made with quality materials, and the brass fittings are not only a plus, but a testament for the quality of this product. It is fairly simple to use, and is proving its worth on the farm here between gardens, water troughs, utility hose for cleaning pails, rubber boots, garden tools, troughs, etc. And a real plus that each port can be individually timed. The manual button is also a handy feature. Overall a great product, at a decent price. I recommend it to others with a need.

This timer is fully-featured and unique (in my experience) in having four separate outlets, giving you the option of zoning your watering in very distinct ways. It’s easy to program, and great, the only issue being that due to the extra outlets, it’s very stout and deep, so it may not fit on shorter hose outlets.

This water timer is a simple solution to automate 4-zone irrigation.Having never set up a water timer, I was concerned this may be a complicated process but Quobas has done a great job making this very intuitive.A few things to note, water pressure needs to be between 8-120 psi, the 4 zone unit needs to be mounted to a wall or post. This comes with the mounting hardware.It can only operate one zone at a time, which is typical from my experience.There are cheaper options but this controller feels well made with quality fittings. No issues with leaks and operates flawlessly.One odd feature is the "off" screen always displays off which may decrease the battery life.
