I absolutely love this vintage floor lamp as it is well made, easy to assemble, and perfect for my decor. I would suggest making sure you pull the wire through the bottom of the base all the way and then fold the extra wire and tie it and then stick it underneath the base itself. So very happy with this product and the night light is a beautiful added feature.
