The printer was able to tell that this is aftermarket as it keeps asking to replace drum, but I did the code reset and it stops asking for a while, works and lasts just as long as oem, so for the amount of stuff I have to print this is a huge money saver, have bought at least 10 over the years, not a single issue.

I tried to 'extend' my drum unit for a long time... it was always a 'fail'. Then I saw this and was happy. It arrived quickly, was installed even quicker, and Bam, ... I'm up and printing again.It did 'squeak' a little while printing the first few pages but that has mostly disappeared now. And did I mention I'm printing again..?!Perfect.

My printer does not recognize the unit as being replaced and is now running errors continuously and thus constantly ON trying to print internally but the machine doesn’t actually run and is getting extremely and uncomfortably hot - to the point I have to unplug it when not in use out of fear it may start a fire. I do not recommend this product.

Installed my new drum unit and my printer still displays a message to replace the drum unit. Just emailed the supplier to see what I can do about this...

The first one was defective as it left excess toner on the paper. I emailed as sample print on Sunday and got a response right away, asking if I wanted a refund or an exchange. When the replacement arrived, it worked flawlessly, so I am very pleased. It was certainly a good price. There was no extra fees involved.

I am very pleased with the drum and print cartridges from V4INK. Either my old printer or the drum was a little dubious about the marriage, (it took a few tries to get them to fit together properly) but they are getting along well now. The ink is clear and dark, which is what ink ought to be. Very glad to be able to order such things and have them on hand for the moment when they are really needed.
