Activation Process
- Visit URL printed on SIM card packaging to schedule activation as soon as your travel plans are fixed.
- Specify date to activate SIM card, usually the day before you travel. USA Phone number will be provided by email on the day of activation.
- No personal information required for activation apart from an email address
- InstaChat support available on activation page.
- No activation on Sundays.
Phone compatibility
- You must use an unlocked phone with a SIM tray
- In general iPhone X and newer are compatible, iPhone 12 and newer required to get 5G speeds
- Android phones are sometimes incompatible. Go to T-Mobile website and search for "is my phone compatible" to find web page that can check your phone's compatibility
- SIM card is for phones only, may not work on iPads and Mifi devices

Have often had a need when traveling in the US for high speed data for my iPhone which has ben known to stop working in areas where my regular company does not have good coverage.My iPhone 14 only has an eSim so this is a perfect solution. I won't know well it works until I have to use and then that means I have to activate, so will have to come back and report then, but for know this is great to have 8GB ready to go.

Tutto perfetto ha funzionato egregiamente e lo usavo anche come hotspot per la famiglia. Se viaggiate verso i parchi mettete in preventivo che in alcune zone non c'è proprio segnale.
