I was a bit skeptical because of the reviews saying it didn’t work. I followed the instructions the SIM card came with, and it was super easy. When I arrived in France, I switched my SIM card to this one, and it worked perfectly for all 12 days of my trip. I’m very happy with this purchase, and it was cheaper than some e-sim alternatives. Would 100% buy again.

Extremely frustrating and disappointing.We purchased a physical sim for one phone as it did not have an eSIM option. The physical sim did not work at all. They offered us an eSIM replacement but the phone did not take eSIM. Luckily we were able to obtain a physical sim in the Netherlands and they did refund this card.We also purchased an eSIM for another phone. We wish the instructions had been more clear. After playing with various settings, it seemed like the eSIM never actually worked and we have been hit with a $300 phone bill. When asking for compensation, they’ve offered us a new eSIM for the next time we travel. Considering both the physical sim and eSIM didn’t work, we don’t think we’d take the risk of the new eSIM from them again.Costumer service is responsive via email. But it’s hard when your data sim isn’t working and you have to find wifi just to work things out.Overall, would try a different company next time.

Purchased these Sims with the understanding that they worked in the UK and Europe. They didn't work in London, so whike looking at a way to get support I noticed that there was some misleading advertising with regards to working in the UK. Lo and behold, here in Brussels and they still don't work. Waste of money and no support from the company

I would give 0 stars if it was an option and should be!!! Absolutely terrible item. Daughter on trip with school and this card did not work. All students on this trip who purchased this SIM card had the exact same issue and we all followed the directions to activate on line 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately didn’t even receive the email conformation. Should have taken screen shot after doing so. I do not recommend this item!

Scam, doesn't work. When contacting the manufacturer they told me in the email that they acknowledge that they can't activate the sim and their only solution it to send an eSIM which the phone won't support (hence the reason for a physical sim in the first place). Don't trust this company.Amazon service to fix the problem was great.

My friend and I bought this SIM card to use on a trip to Portugal. We both followed the instructions and prompts after installing in our phones. The chip wouldn’t install. We were both told to call a phone number in Germany for help. We would have likely had to pay for the call and probably pay more than the chip cost so we declined. We went to a phone shop in Portugal and got a SIM card that worked. It cost less than the Amazon SIM card. I will advise you to buy the SIM card in the region you are visiting.

I was in Glasgow Scotland and could not get any kind of online support to validate and start using the purchased SIM card. O2 has a shop in Glasgow and after 2 days without internet on my smartphone I went to the shop where they told me I was scammed.Though it says O2 on the Sim card, this is not something they could validate.I ended up buying another SIM card, cheaper and a much better deal.I recommend not buying this waste of money SIM card.

I ordered this card for my trip to Rome. In the past I have had trouble with sim cards not working. This sim company, however, is gret! I just had to activate it before my trip. I had questions so, I contacted them through whatsapp ( I did not know how to use a sim card, and how to activate it in my phone). They replied almost immediately and were quite patient and kind. I put in the sim card when I arrived at the Paris airport and had immediate service (make sure your roming is on). In Rome everything works just fine, great signal that connects to different phone companies or towers, not sure. I feel safe having internet while abroad without incurring the huge fee for international service from AT&T.
