I ordered silver but rose gold was delivered. I've come to like it & am glad that the colour was changed. This scooter is easy to get in & out of the car with assistance from my wife. At 39 lbs. It's pretty easy to slog it around. It is smooth & quiet & has found a home in the back of my car. It folds down or sets up in literally seconds.

I had to fix the horn button because it was stuck on in shipment? It was just a matter of using a small blade screwdriver to reseat the rubber properly. It is okay now. I wished they would provide a battery that is up to the maximum of 300 wh required for airline travel. The 250 watt hour battery is okay on fairly level surfaces but not adequate for inclines above 9 degrees which they say.Can the supplier update his replacement part list for this model in case of future requirements?

I like how easy it is to fold up, and easy to use. I used it on a cruise, and I had so many compliments on it. Great purchase .
