I gave this to my 2 and 4 year old children and it's fun for a few minutes but then the pieces just get scattered and lost. It doesn't give us a whole lot of play time, but it does teach a skill if you are looking for that in a toy.

I bought this as a gift and for my daughter! My 3 years old daughter loves it and never gets tired playing with them, there name of different fishes are written on the back of them. the cloth is so soft and the whole product has good quality. Happy of my purchase!

Got this for my Grandson's 2nd birthday. We have played with it almost everyday since then. Little friends come over to play, some of them 5 years old and they like it too. Some people have not liked the fact that the fishing poles are too big for the bucket once you put them together. The poles are easily disassembled and then re-assembled (actually my grandson loves to practice doing this). There is only 1 issue I really have with the set (it isn't a dealbreaker) - there is a sea creature for every letter of the alphabet and many of the names are not conducive to what you would expect - for example, there is a really cute seal and you would expect the corresponding letter for the seal, would be an "S" but not so. The letter they have for it is an "R" for "Red Seal." There is a squid and the letter for it is "G" for "Giant Squid". This is very trendy but not good for little ones learning the Alphabet.

Bought for mom and I to enjoy with our toddler.The quality is good and the fishing basket container is a nice touch as are having so many pieces, one for each letter of the alphabet, as well as varying point values so that you can approach the game in a number of ways.I wish the fishing lines were a little longer but understand that may not be a great idea for little kids.I would buy it again and heartily recommend it.

I was surprised how good this was. It's a pretty small mat, so wish that was a bit bigger, but the fish pieces are beautifully painted and labeled, no sharp edges, and quality construction from a plywood type project board. I expect this to last pretty well. My 2 year old loves to "go fishing". Recommended.
