This sail was used on a beachfront and works well. However, the size is misleading as we had purchased a 12by 12 last year and this 16x16 is considerably smaller.

Shades work well, great range of fixings making it versatile to install. I added halyards and boat cleats to one corner of each shade to assist in tightening and loosening depending on weather.

I ordered the 12x12x12 and the size was less than 11 inches (stretched). Also, there is a visible seam through the center that is not in the pictures on Amazon. No thanks

Beware...not actually 12' x 12' x 12'....material is noticeably smaller...only to the hooks does it come close to 12 feet....plus the sides are curved so much more than than the photos show, it barely covers one person sitting in a chair. Material is not even close to waterproof, won't keep drops from forming underneath and falling onto u within 5 minutes of a slight shower. Waste of money, go to a regular store and buy a tarp for half the price and get what you actually need...this is another Amazon piece of junk that capitalizes on people hoping it's as good as it looks...when it's not...After it's epic Daisuke, and after being dried out, I even sprayed silicone spray for waterproofing on it as I've done for work clothes, shoes, etc...and the fabric is so cheap and not dense enough to even allow the spray to absorb, it drips through immediately....don't buy this product for rain protection at all...worthless.
