It turns out that our RV dealership is replacing the water heater, even though it is out of warranty. My husband has stopped there to see about another part and had shown them the pictures of inside the heater. Some wires had burned making it a fire risk and even though it was out of warranty by three months, the manufacturer is replacing it, but not paying for the labor involved.

Worked perfect. Just make sure that the screw is in the middle fo the mounting plate avoiding any space between the temperature switch and the water heater tank.

Arrived early. Part was exactly what was described and what I needed to repair my hot water tank. What I liked the best about ordering from this seller, they kept the part so reasonably priced. I tried to order from a big reputable company and was told the part was $58! What a joke. I will definitely order parts from this seller in the future

The part came quickly and it was very easy to replace the faulty part . BUT ..........The propane fired right away but does NOT make hot water. The water is warm but not hot .Q: do I need to get another replacement?

I have had good and bad luck with this product. I have had to replace a new one after less than a month. Possible just a faulty unit.
