We had to order this twice the first was damaged and Amazon processed the return. However, the second one also came damaged as well where we had to remove bottom of base. It’s still a bit noisy and clicks as it spins. We also aren’t feeling a whole bunch of breeze or air flow from it either. The directions weren’t very easy to understand either. The functionality isn’t what I expected as it’s not doing its core job. The light and remote are nice touches just wished it was as advertised. I wouldn’t recommend this product due to the many issues we are experiencing as it was more trouble than it was worth.
