This was easy to assemble and love that it is remote controlled. It doesn't look super fancy, but it has a nice enough appearance. It is a bit heavier than I assumed it would be, but not unmanageable.

This is a stylish and modern fan. Installed in a basement bedroom where a low profile model was required. The walnut blades have am attractive finish. The LED light has three warmth options, the fan has multiple speeds. The remote is easy to use. Installation was fairly straightforward. The lifetime warranty for motor and 3 years warranty for accessories was a bonus. The only drawback for my purposes was the inability to wire into existing wall controls but it is as described in the described.
