It made my job easier. I push back a double piston caliper in no time. Tip: I took some fluid from the reservoir BEFORE pushing in with this gun.

We've all done it - slap the old pad against the pistons, thread on a couple C-clamps, and start the hand-cramping, slow, tedious twisting of that little bar while juggling that ridiculous setup and trying not to get the bars tangled with each other. A little on this piston, a little on that one...Can you use a caulk gun? Then you can retract dual-piston calipers in less than 30 seconds. Slap it in, seat it in the caliper, and squeeze until flush. The price point is deceptive - the construction on these is solid and of great quality! Even if the pistons were seized, this feels sturdy enough to power through that.I did brakes with C-clamps for years, then stepped up to a kit that works on the same principle as the clamps. But when I started doing dual-piston calipers it was back to C-clamps. I don't know why I waited so long to try a tool like this. Glad it's in my toolbox now!

Absolutely love this product. I've used it a couple of times now on a single piston and a dual piston calipers and the work like a dream. No more c clamps! So easy and what a steal of a deal. Only thing we have to wait and see is the longevity but it seems to be made nice and steardy.

After a couple of uses it stopped working properly, It will not retract unless you force it back. It should retract with minimal effort. I was not able to find any sort of warranty. I would not recommend this product.

I've used it 4 times so far and it seems to be ok as long you don't abuse it, it seems very sturdy. it also works for single piston calipers, you just need to put it on an offset. Has some trouble pumping double piston back in sometimes and requires a spacer such as a old brake pad to help reach caliper pistons.
