Easy enough to install. However control box wouldn’t turn on and the safety relief valve wouldn’t hold even the slightest pressure. Contacted customer support and waited three days for a response and nothing. Forced to return it. Also RV Tech warned that unless you are camping with hook ups, these tankless units have to have a certain flow to stay lit, causing the usage of a lot of water to get hot water, thus draining your potable water tank into your gray tank quite quickly. Would most likely be okay for a weekend trip, but that’s about it depending on how much hot water you use. I’m going back with the standard tank type Dometic. I do not recommend purchasing this brand or this product.

Slightly challenging to install even with a professional but we got it working. I wish there would have been a contact number or some sort of technical support. But I. The long run we got eveeything working and it is amazing I have no complaints about the actual water heater. I would highly recommend. Installation can be challenging.

Still dealing with a pressure/backflow issue on a 40 foot Class A coach. Can get hot hwater from the unit drain tube but not yeat to any of the coach fixtures. Will update this review later after I add a backflow preventer. Well Designed. Like the door latch, Pressure relief valve drain tube and separate unit drain valve. Not generally a fan of on-demand water heaters for large RVs but I'll give it a chance.
