This is not Plug and Play! It requires hard to find software in order to properly configure it. The build quality is poor and the components are cheap. One of the keys didn't work because one of the prongs was bent when it was installed. I was able to straighten the prong and get it working, but there's no excuse for it to arrive like that. I regret buying this due to the false advertising in the title.

Really sorry, but I am going to return it.The keyboard is high quality and solidly constructed, which is why it really saddened me to return it!!! The driver/software is very hard to find and only from 1 place! I like the keyboard but I don't trust a peice of software with NO support, no user community, and with no further information. I can't trust that it will not cause problems once it's on my production computer, all the while without adequate tech support.

Not sure how Amazon allows this product. They never tell you you have to ask them for the software to use this product. I emailed them and they sent me something completely different and the second time it was a sketchy Google drive. I did download it but they 100% could've and can add malware and we wouldn't notice. There's probably a reason why they don't include it officially on Amazon. Amazon should investigate and require them to include a secure link. When you download the software from the Google Drive they are so many files you don't know what you're downloading and my computer kept warning me to not download this file but I did anyways and it does work. However there's reports on how these unsecured files can secretly download malware and steal all your info. I downloaded a few links (because they gave no instructions and there were so many files) that seemed sketch so they definitely could've. Watch LTT Linus recent vid on getting hacked by clicking sketchy download links. Buyer Beware. Please report to Amazon.

Don't listen to people that say don't buy this because of bad quality, software is hard to find or can't program it. I received mine yesterday, found the same product on aliexpress, downloaded the software. I had all 12 keys and 2 dials programmed to what i want and using it within an hour. If you can't understand basic key assignment you shouldn't buy it or give it a bad review because you don't understand how to do it.

Looked at the negative reviews and decided that my Google-fu is good enough to find the software. I am VERY pleased that I decided to go for it. Search aliexpress for "USB Custom Keyboard Volume Button Knob Programming" and you will find the product listing with a valid (as of the writing of this review) google drive link to the software. The software is excellent and does not require an install. It also does not need to be running on your PC once the keypad is programmed.The build quality is great, the key switches are hot-swappable if that's your jam, the ones that came in my unit are Outemu blues and they feel great.My use case for this is to have easy to use control pad for Star Citizen ship flying and it is excellent.My only con to list is that the software took a little bit of effort to find, but well worth it in the end.

Bout it to bind mouse scroll to buttons, and while you CAN do that, there's no key repeat on it. So if you want to scroll down a web page, you can to press the button multiple times.In addition, it proved challenging to find software for it, despite multiple hints in comments. Ended up googling "USB Custom Keyboard Volume Button Knob Programming software", before finding a shady google drive link. This is after finding another shady BROKEN one drive link and multiple reports that the software has a virus.Lastly, this damn thing is LOUD. It's about 4x louder than my Corsair K95 mechanical keyboard. The by-design positioning of it is with knobs on the right side. This makes it uncomfortable to use when it's to the left of your keyboard. Also, I don't see anything in the software about configuring actions for the knobs and so far they seem to do nothing.

After reading about the software problem I tried to find it before buying, found many dead links then asked the seller who responded quickly providing a working link to download the software.The software is pretty basic but it does the job.The keyboard seems well made, feys and knob feel great.The only thing I find missing is that you can't program it to respond differently for specific software.

I bought this item under the impression the software was included. It was not. after hours of searching, I come to find out that even though it says it is compatible with MacOS, It is in fact not. If you made that clearer, this would be a great product.
