I would say I’m an Intermediate experienced wannabe pickle baller. This racket was a great transition from my beginner racket. It’s very light compared to my beginner racket. I love that it comes in a case that covers the entire racket and not just the paddle part. Reasonably priced for an intermediate racket.

I would consider myself a beginner to pickleball, having used to play badminton many years ago. I found that my muscle memory made me hit too hard and on the edge of the training paddle I was given. I thought I should try a thicker paddle without an edge. Not a bad price for what is essentially just a hobby at the moment. The face has a little grit. The hand size suits my small hand, and is light enough for me to still be reactive. It's been a few weeks and I think it's been good for me. Quality feels well made and I like the performance. If I start winning more, I'll come back and let you know

This appears to be a quality lightweight paddle overall. I am an intermediate/advanced club level player relatively new to the game. I have used it a few times and no undue wear seen as yet. Can't comment on durability too much yet but it appears and feels very well made. The face is large (only slightly longer than usual) and quite gritty and the handle is short. I tried the Selkirk Luxx edgless with a friend so went looking for a more reasonable price option and this isn't too far off the Selkirk but is a 5th of the price. It has good pop and quite decent spin. This paddle excels for me on volleys and is excellent for fast hands and on topspin backhands as the small handle and light weight allows you to flick it like a table tennis paddle. It is fun, and has a large sweet spot but is not for me in more serious games. Personally, I haven't had as much success with consistency and control on the forehand when serving and driving. I bought this to try an edgless paddle and it's good, but I slightly prefer my Gotwah paddle. For a similar price the Gotwah has more spin and control, as much pop and more consistency overall. The grip on the maximus is ok, but not great, it can get a little slippy in long sessions. The grip on the Gotwah is better. The edgetech does come with a second grip I haven't tried yet. If you want a light edgeless paddle that doesn't cost a fortune, this is a good option.

Well, the jury is still out on this racket, but initial outing with it was a little questionable. Had great pop and spin but felt weak on the outer edges of the paddle. Also the extra length from my previous paddle gave me some problems on low shots but after a few games I was already starting to get used to it. I will update after a few more uses.

Being new to Pickleball, I wasn't sure if what kind of paddle to buy but I'm so glad I went with this one.Very light and easy to move quickly with, while still feeling sturdy and in control. Also nice that it comes with spare edge tapes for those who want it. A great product on a really good price point; would definitely recommend!

I've had a chance to use this a few times now and can definitely see the difference between this and my first 2 (also Amazon) paddles. The grit and bounce are noticeably better and I've come to like the shape as well. I was looking for an affordable rimless paddle and this holds up really well with some of the more expensive brands I've borrowed from my friends to try out. If you're looking for an upgrade that won't break the bank, this is the one to get!

I couldn’t be happier with this purchase! The product exceeded all my expectations in terms of quality, design, and functionality. You can tell a lot of thought went into creating something so exceptional. It’s not just a product; it’s an experience! The paddle has great bounce and the feeling of hitting is great. Great surface area and easy to handle. Comes with a bag too that's super aesthetically done!

Well I’ve been using this paddle for a couple of months now. Great paddle, has good pop but also a soft touch for 3rd shot drops and controlled dinks. The paddle is holding up well to playing several times a week and overall I’m very pleased with the performance of the paddle.

A+. This paddle is exactly as advertised, looks sleek and feels great in hand. I usually replace grips right away, but the stock grip is so nice and tacky that I’m using it as-is. It has a gritty face which really helps apply spin. The edgeless design is nice and it seems to cut through the air with less effort than my other paddles. I’ve already had several people compliment me and ask where they can get one. It also comes with a very sharp looking paddle case and edge tape. I may just buy another one as a back-up.

I have gone through a few different low end pickleball paddles already and they really dont last too long. I'm not good enough for the $200+ paddles but I did want something a bit nicer and sturdier since I've started to play a lot more. Gotta say this has been a great investment at this price point! It feels and performs like some of my friends expensive paddles and I love the look of this one way more, it’s so unique! I highly recommend this one if you are looking to level up but not break the bank!

Coming from a tennis background, I've been curious about pickle ball for quite a while. This racket has been a fantastic choice as I've been improving my game. For one thing, this racket feels super light and it swings really quickly. If you've got quick hands and like to play a finesse or volley game, this is the racket for you.The texture on the face is great for generating plenty of top spin. Coupled with the taller face and the larger sweet spot, this racket offers a nice balance of power and control. The grip also feels great in the hand. It has slight bevels like in a tennis racket making it extremely secure and comfortable to hold.Without an edge, you don't have as much weight on the face. However, the included edge tape is great for both protecting the racket and adjusting the weight where you want it. The edgeless design also just looks better in my opinion.I also really appreciate that the case wasn't overlooked at all. It's got a nice leather feel on the outside, a padded inside, and a high quality zipper.Check out this paddle if you're looking to stand out on the court!

This shouldn’t be your first pickleball paddle. It is not meant to be. If you are still struggling just to hit the ball at all, the extra 1 cm in unobstructed width could be helpful but the extra 2.5 cm beyond your normal reach probably means you are going to be hitting the floor a lot with it. The edge on this paddle, even with the tape, is not well-protected. If you are like me, then you really do need an edge guard if you want your paddle to last. Being more extended, the ground is even more likely to be in your way. For your first paddle, it doesn’t make sense to spend $100 on a single paddle when you can get a decent set of 2 paddles (plus a carry case and some balls) for under $70.HOWEVER, this could be a fantastic step up if you have gained some prowess in the game. At 7.9 oz., it’s probably only 0.1 oz heavier than your first paddle. It also has a good, gritty playing face. The grip might be too short for some people. Ergonomics and control of the ball aside, you do NOT want your sweaty thumb to end up on the paddle’s face near the handle. I take a ladies’ size large/extra-large glove and it might even be a bit short for me. I know that I’m klutzy enough to put my thumb on the white part of the paddle if I’m the least bit distracted- like if I’m trying to hit a ball. That part of the face is a perfect snow white- at least when it arrives.I have read that a white handle can be cleaned if done correctly (check several sources online to learn how) but I’m not sure how well a perfectly snow white, unpatterned, gritty face is going to clean up, so that concerns me.The padded carrying bag that comes with this paddle is very classy, right down to the tab on the zipper, and it protects your entire paddle, not just the face.Aside from my concerns about keeping the face clean, I'd give this paddle 5 stars. It may not be justified but I'm deducting one star because of concerns over keeping the face clean. For me, paying $100 to be better at the game is worth it (because I’m so bad), but not if I have to keep spending $100 every time I mess up a paddle. Which would be frequently. But that's not something that a smarter person, or a less vain person, or a better player would have to worry about so much, so I'm not deducting any stars for that.
