We replaced our wall mounted TV. The old TV has cables tucked away but the look wasn't really as clean as I would like. Installing the Legrand - OnQ wall cable concealer was the perfect solution. I added a cable management wall plate behind the TV consul. The cables are gone and the look is clean and professional as I like it. I have one request Legrand should consider. Instead of selling the wall cable box with a standard outlet, include a surge suppressor outlet. I had to basically throw the outlet away so I could replace it with a surge suppress outlet. Not a big deal but it would be nice to have everything I needed included.

The plastic is durable and has four swing tabs that secure it to the wall. This has a decora brush insert for AV and network cables to pass through. It can be changed to use keystones if you have the keystone decora insert.I install TVs on the wall and run the cables, this helps when clients don’t already have power behind the TV. One of these requires an electrician to do the outlet.

Don’t bother buying something else. I searched many days for the perfect product and decided to go with this one as I found a refurbished. Wasn’t sure but everything you need is included in the box. The plastic doesn’t feel cheap at all and the back hook are metal made, so don’t feel they will break when trying to lock them. Very happy with my purchase.

I'm really satisfied of this product and I recommend to everyone who like to install their tv on the wall. It's perfect to hide wire in the back of the tv and having great installation overall. I have a lot of wires terminating behind my TV and I wanted something durable, usable, and relatively good-looking to make the connections. I like that this unit is recessed so that you can have furniture closer to the wall without damaging your speaker terminals. Also, since the three main ports are decora, they can be changed out to be whatever you want. You can even put something different where the power outlet is supposed to go.The unit is sturdy and has a good mechanism for holding it on the wall. I've put it on and taken it off quite a few times and I haven't had any problems with it. When I did the initial installation, I glued a piece of lath at the top and bottom of the inside of the hole so that if I tightened the screws too tight, I wouldn't damage the drywall. That makes for a very solid installation.The only thing I kept of the guts was the brush insert. I replaced the two screw-back speaker plates with ones that have more terminals (and banana jacks on the back) and I added a keystone plate (instead of having an outlet). I also replaced the silver screws that hold on the inserts with white ones.Even though all I really used is the shell, I'm very happy with this unit so far. Its holding up a lot of hardware with style.
