I bought this product to put in my boat but due to the location of the old and amount of space, I couldn’t install the unit. I reached out to the seller and although it was clearly outside the return/refund timeline they sent me a label to ship the unit and gave a full refund. They could have said too bad, and left me stuck to figure out what to do. I will buy again from them any day! Thank you!

Installed this on my sailboat. Install was simple once I accessed it. (Something like 200 screws to remove the cabinet it was under) Electrical and plumbing connections were laid out well. It was a good match for my OEM heater. We had hot water in no time. Very happy with it.
