This is an excellent product. The different modes make it an all-in-one lamp. There's three different temperatures of white light, ranging from warm to daylight. The sound reactive modes have satisfying patterns, and the remote works excellently to change all of these settings without having to install the app.It's very important to me that the remote and the product works well without the app. It absolutely does!Currently it occupies space in my studio, where clean white light is important for some of my content creation, but the sound reactive modes and colored modes make for interesting lighting effects when filming.

This is a very nice corner lamp that fits well in any room. I didn't expect the lighting effects to be so nice but the colors flow very smooth and vibrant. There are 68 dynamic lighting modes which is a lot. You can access all of them through the mobile app and easily scroll through each one. The app is pretty nice and easy to use plus it automatically connected to the lamp upon opening the app.The light also comes with a remote which did not work for me at first but customer service was super helpful and sent me a replacement and it worked great! The remote control doesn't show you all of the options but you can scroll through with the arrow button until you find a mode you like. There's even a backup with the main light control being on the actual power cord of the light.This light pushes out some decent light for your room but don't expect the brightest light ever. It's more of a mood setting light to create an atmosphere in your room. The vibrant colors and patterns are very nice and do just that. You can control the speed, brightness, and even set a timer.Overall this is a really great light that is super easy to assemble. It took me less than 10 minutes to put it together and start using it. The vast variety of color options really make this light stand out with its unique design and it really helps change the mood and atmosphere in any room.

The Magic Lantern is a tall floor lamp with multi-segment RGBW light cylinder at the top. It can be controlled with the inline switch or with the Magic Lantern app on the google play store. It also has a wireless remote.The color choices are unlimited in the app with any brightness/saturation option desired, unlike some less capable RGB lights that only do primary/secondary colors. It also does hundreds of different patterns like up/down, breathing, pulsing, etc. The color cycling is a bit "choppy" I think due to there only being about 5-8 segments. As the colors cycle it's more steppy than smooth. In a dark room the colors are vibrant and give a nice look. The light section of the lamp is about 12" and the rest is a thin black metal tubing with a heavy base.I tried to find Jesenbil and Magic Lantern in the google home app - works with google but it wasn't there (they don't claim it works with google, I was just wondering). It would be nice if you could integrate it with google because then it could be combined with other compatible lights and controlled by voice or automation. The unit may not have a compatible wifi/zigbee controller so I don't know if compatibility can be added.
