Definitely worth the money fits my 2025 Chevy Colorado and makes it so much nicer to open the hood without having to use the hook, would definitely recommend this and would buy again, the instructions were simple and easy to read and understand on how to install them

Ok so I read in the reviews there are some rusting issues with the hardware, so I had some rustoleum clear coat paint I tagged them with the night before installing. Hopefully this will prevent any future rusting, will update in the case of rust or other issues.Also read that some of them come stuck in the open position, this appeared to be the case with mine, so before installing I took a rubber mallet and hammered them until they started moving. Which is basically what is recommended in the instructions with rocking your hood after install(I just didnā€™t feel comfortable potentially warping the hood).After taking these precautions, they installed great and work perfectly. See photos opened and closed. Didnā€™t have any issues closing the hood, or it falling prematurely as one other mentioned.Overall great product and would recommend. As mentioned, will update in case of rusting of other issues šŸ‘
