Arrived in its original white box which had clear tape all over it as if it had been re packaged. There was a sticker on box stating "New". This "new" transformer did not work at all; I hired an electrician to install it for me. He tested the voltage 120V going in, nothing coming out. It was a defective unit that looks like someone else had also returned it.

Easy to use and simple settings. I might end up pairing it with a HomeKit enabled smart plug to have more finite control over our lights and timing, but this does the job exactly as described.
