(Update) I was contacted by someone from this company and awestruck by their amazing customer service. They sent me replacements and they all work amazing. Seems like it was a one of bad batch because the new ones I received were solid as ones purchased many times before. This means I can buy with total confidence again. The product is amazing, and the customer service even better!!! Five stars!!!Just a word of caution. I’ve ordered these a few times. The first few were fine, the most recent set was junk. The glue came apart on all of them. Nothing more frustrating to troubleshoot why there’s no signal, only to remove the wall plate to see the HDMI jack snapped in half!!!I need to find another supplier. Can’t risk this happening again.

When connecting HDMI cables to either side of these connectors, the contacts are extremely tight. This is fantastic because loose connections (especially in-wall) are a huge pain in the neck. Good product. I would buy again.

Good quality signal performance. Good build, but the clip is a bit hard, so removing and putting back is a bit tough, which makes it very stable once you settle on a position. The most important aspect is the HDMI signal is not degraded. I used another cabled version, and it killed the HDMI signal. I would buy this again.
