This seal was a perfect fit for my dometic 310 toilet in my RV. Installation was easy - the only potential issue is that you can't really feel when it is seated correctly, so I wasn't sure if it was really in place. I applied pressure all around to ensure it was in correctly. Once done I tested by adding some water to it. Where it would be gone in a matter of minutes now it has been holding for a few days. I didn't want to have to do this again any time soon, so I feel the extra cost for a OE part was worth it.

Purchased an off brand earlier. They were very difficult to install and BOTH leaked immediately. Purchased the OEM (at substantially more money) and it installed more easily and no leaks. Don’t waste your money on non OEM brands…

If you ever had to change the gasket on one of the older Dometic toilets, then you will really appreciate this seal.Of course you need to get rid of the old model 300 but just changing the gasket makes it worth while. It was so easy, I can hardly wait to have to do it again. Just be sure to use a little Vaseline for an improve seal.

I’m hoping it will be better than aftermarket seals. Had trouble with them. This is OEM.

J’avais originalement installé un seal ‘’Jabber’’ à bas prix, mais cela n’avait pas réglé le problème.Celui ci une fois installé en quelques minutes a réglé la fuite d’eau de la toilette

This OEM version costs more than the 3rd party seals, but after reading the reviews, I decided to go with this one. It was very easy to install (took only 5 minutes). Before replacing this seal, the bowl would be empty within 15 minutes of filling it up. After I replaced the seal, I filled the bowl with water and have been checking it every day. It is day 5 now and it still has just as much water in the bowl.

I use these in my dometic toilet in our cottage. They seal well and last a long time. Best to lubricate them 2x a year. (I use Thetford Toilet Seal Lube)

If you flush and water does not stay in the bowl after - then you need to replace this seal - remember if water can leak past this seal, then smell from the Black water holding tank can come past the seal into your bathroom - do you have any smell in your bathroom ? ? ? - replace the seal it eliminated the smell in my bathroom - follow directions inside the package - simple - takes less than 5 minutes.

Good instructions. Worked. Don't forget to lubricate the seal with vaseline and clean the ball sealing valve to get the results you expect.

Product was on time. Cheaper than in store and installation was easy just as explained. Only reason it didn't get 5 star is cause of the price of a rubber seal.
