Install Method:
Step 1. Remove all debris on the surface and let it dry;
Step 2. Apply a lot of sealant on the surface;
Step 3. Put the new vent cover on the sealant and swing it back and forth slightly;
Step 4. Put the screws back in; (screws are not included in the package)
Step 5. Put some sealant on the base;
Step 6. Put the top cover on the base and click it in place line

I was redoing the roof on my travel trailer and updated all the roof fixtures including these vent covers. They fit perfectly and were easy to install. I did add a screw in the top cap to ensure it doesn't blow off while traveling (there is a screw indent/hole already present, but no screw provided for this). Overall very satisfied and they look great. Hope they hold up as long as the last ones that were on there.

The top cap is removable but has a place to add a screw which does Not come with it, I recommend adding one (#8 SS 1/2") to prevent it from accidentally popping off going down the road. Carefully peal the old caulk off without damaging the roof membrane, I put buna putty tape under it and screw it down evenly without over tightening and cracking the rim. Then put "self leveling RV roof caulk" (Dicor or other brand) this never gets hard and is what the RV factories use, do not use Silicone to seal it. Sunlight will deteriorate it over time and it is nearly impossible to remove all of it and NOTHING else will ever stick to old silicone.

Overall it fit well. But I only needed to replace the caps on my existing vents, but there is no way to remove the caps on these. It looks like there's a screw hole, but there's no screw in it and they are molded as one piece. Otherwise they fit and worked okay
