Fantastic product, pop off the old slide on the new. I used a strap to hold the door open, made it much easier, attached to front bumper if no wind shield

Installed on my 07 Sequoia.The good:-They make the hatch much easier to open.The bad:-the have a bit of play in the shaft. It doesn't affect anything it just seems like mediocre build quality.-they are almost too strong and don't have good dampening at full extension, so the hatch slams open harder than I'd like.
