I felt to bad with this! I thought with the price I will get a quality product, but turns out just around 5 months of use this thing is not working anymore! Our liftgate is stuck for a while now because of this…I had to schedule a repair with our mechanic to change this thing and get a functional liftgate and be able to use our car’s trunk again.I wish I could return this thing! There’s not even a warranty for this. It’s probably because it gets broken not even a year of use! SO DISAPPOINTED. And I bought both the left and right for this product. Around $280 went down the drain!DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS.

Everything was fine except the grommet hole through the body was rectangular and mine was round. I had to modify it.
