Worked great until a piece broke off the back.Now running board is stuck down. Seller advertised a 1 year warranty, but now there is now way to contact them. Just the usual cheap Amazon garbage, not a quality part.

Bought end of 22 and installed Jan 23. A couple days ago in the post office parking lot a broken piece fell off and now the motor runs but the running board will not move. How do I reach this vendor?
