The installation was pretty straightforward and not too complicated. It took about an hour. I am very satisfied with the look of my truck, however the running boards don't feel very sturdy.As mentioned in other reviews they only come with 3 brackets per side. I weigh 230 lbs and there is a noticeable bend when I step on the boards. I contacted customer service and was told that I could not order extra brackets. There doesn't seem to be any permanent damage as of yet, however I do not like the amount of give in the boards. Luckily I'm 6' 3" so I don't really need or use them. I purchased them mostly for cosmetics and to help my wife get in and out of the truck.I will probably upgrade to another option in the future.

These are nice running boards but they should have 4 mounting brackets per side, not 3. They do bend when standing on them as they mount on the rocker panels. The car does have the holes for a 4th bracket. I also had a broken end cap and the manufacturer told me to deal with Amazon as the caps are out of stock. I purchased another set in order to get a 4th set of mounting brackets and end cap to replace the broken one. Once the 4th bracket was put on, they were fine. If I had to do it over again, I would buy a different brand that has a 4 bracket set up .

Running boards were easy to install (given no instructions). It fit perfectly onto my 2021 Chevy colorado Z71. The only problem is that the end of the boards bend when stepped on. It could definitely use the 4th bracket but you’re only given 3 for each side.Update: I contacted yitamotor directly off their website about needing a set of 4th brackets. Their customer service was so friendly and they gave me 2 extra brackets for free!!! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to make their running boards more sturdy. Thank you yitamotor!
